Life Coaching is a process of inquiry and examination of our thoughts, feelings, and corresponding behaviors. Your inner compass is guiding you to live your best life. All you have to do is stop, listen, and follow the wisdom of your own soul. The answers are within you. As a coach my job is to help you work through limiting beliefs that don't serve you. Pathways open for you to see in different ways to find answers and insights. Each session is infused with Intuitive Reiki energy healing.
