  • Energy Healing Classes

    Reiki level l is a beautiful place to start on your self-discovery journey. The initiation process between teacher and student is sacred and the attunement will activate the life force energy that is innately within us all, it is powerfully strengthened and heightened in this process.

    This class is for all levels, beginners and even those who have taken Reiki before but want to brush up on their skills or bask in the attunements that are an incredibly potent energy healing. Utilize Reiki into your self-care routine, infuse life force energy into your passions and creativity. For example, if you love to write or paint - you can call upon the energy and let it flow through you to activate and ignite your creativity to a greater level. Or incorporate it into your meditation and of course giving yourself a Reiki treatment will keep you aligned and balanced energetically.

    This class is transformative: parts of you that are ready to heal will be revealed and brought into your awareness. Reiki always meets you where you're at on a deep level.
