Offering a sacred space for teen girls to let their guard down and embrace real connections with souls that are trying to find their way in the world. We teach a toolkit of spiritual techniques to support them in their daily lives. Each session includes a meditation, energy healing, and time to reflect and share anything that they want to get off their chest. We consciously create a safe and sacred space for real soul connection.
